Paul Roessner

Paul has provided knowledgeable counsel to public and private companies in a variety of industries concerning their complex transactions, corporate governance, intellectual property protection, and other corporate matters. He brings over a decade of corporate and intellectual property practice to his role as Counsel at Berger Law Firm, with experience in providing general counsel services, contract drafting and negotiation, liability risk assessment, intellectual property licensing, non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements. Paul takes a comprehensive approach to serving clients by providing innovative legal solutions while keeping in mind clients’ desired business outcome. He is known for his ability to effectively translate complex concepts into manageable terms in order to counsel the client accordingly.

Megan is our operations manager at Berger Law. Being a former small business owner in the beauty industry, she loves the practice of intellectual property and sharing that knowledge with other small businesses.  Megan oversees our daily operations, billing, and client communications. She brings 15 years of client management experience and is always happy to chat with anyone, anytime!
